Company Information
SFS Aviation Company is a 100% Thai and belongs to the Siam Chemicals group of companies. It was founded in 1990 by Mr. Chira Ratanarat, a multi-talented CEO and professionally trained helicopter pilot with estimated 1000 flying hours. The company initially provided services as a means of transport from Bangkok to Si-Chang Island Deep Sea Oil Terminal. The majority of the company’s shares are owned and managed by the Ratanarat family.
Fleet
At the moment we have 2 helicopters based in Bangkok and 4 based in Songkhla.
- MBB/Kawasaki BK 117 (x2): twin-engined medium-size helicopters for 8 passengers
- Sikorsky S76 C+ (x3): multi-purpose medium-size helicopters for 12 passengers
Base
Currently we have two bases in Thailand: the Bangkok base at the Donmuang airport and the Songkhla base in the south of Thailand with headquarter at Orakarn Building on Chidlom road, Bangkok.
