        SFS Aviation Co., Ltd. is committed to the development of aviation capabilities and job opportunities for Thailand and its people by capturing the potential offshore helicopter businesses both in Thailand and neighboring countries. Offshore helicopter service is treated as the main core business segment and as first priority within the company. The main business goal shall be to perform services at the quality levels that meet the high expectations from our most demanding customers, the multi-national oil and gas companies. Growth is not possible without the acceptance of the multi-national oil and gas companies.

        The top management plays a crucial role in the installation of a new working "Aviation Culture and Attitude" into the local people. It is recognized that the critical success factor very much lies in the challenge of motivating people to a high degree of awareness of Safety and other Qualities. They will be trained to appreciate the need to be mindful of Human Factors and to work in such a way that they are a reliable and trustworthy mechanism in the production of flight and other related services with appropriate levels of Qualities in aviation environment.
